Chris Kulesza is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Upon finishing his undergraduate studies in 2015, Chris worked at JFK Medical Center in Edison, as an Exercise Specialist. Here he worked with post-rehabilitation patients, helping them transition from rehabilitation to supervised exercise in their fitness center. From August 2016 to April 2017, Chris interned at Monmouth University’s Athletic Department as a Strength and Conditioning coach. He worked with all teams at the university, wrote training programs, and coached in the weight room. During his time there, six teams won the conference championships. Chris returned to his high school alma mater and is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Saint Joseph’s High School in Metuchen. Chris coordinates team workouts for athletes as well as instructional programs for all students. His goal is to provide structured and educational training programs to all students at the high school, not just those on teams. Chris is diligent and passionate and wants to see all of his students succeed.
