Sessions are between 45 and 60 minutes and focus on a combination of cardio and total-body strength training. Alpha members are trained to become the best athlete they can be—in and out of the gym.

Semi Private Training is our most available and most preferred offering by our staff. We firmly believe this is the best situation for maximum results!
